The 70′s… Those were the years when i unconsciously started studying the “art of selling”, being only an excited little child.

Sometimes selling my “super heroes” magazines, sometimes selling lemonade in the park, or even shining shoes… acting as a young entrepreneur, and then as a grown professional business man, selling through the years different stuff, like real estate properties, loans, cars, insurance, retirement accounts as other products and services as well… but always looking to find the secrets of “selling”.

Through all these years, I have had the great opportunity to manage and co-work every kind of sales agents you can imagine. Watching and studying them, have found that their habits, their actions, their words and even their way of dressing has highly impacted their professional and personal results.

I also had to personally win and lose many, many times to analyze my own results and understand the secret principles of business that are hidden to countless people.

At the end, we can see that there are just two final groups: WINNERS and LOSERS.
