What Can I Do?

What can I do to find motivated people to join my business?

This is the most common question that MLM entrepreneurs are asking me every time.

My response is: what are you doing for that right now?

(… and you may know the answer to this question) :

- Calling and chasing JUST friends and family

- Doing JUST hotel meetings once or twice a week

- Throwing flyers and business cards at parkings, book stores and buildings

- Knocking on doors

- Talking about their greatest and unique business opportunity in every family or friends reunion…

- Recruiting ANYONE ALIVE who DON’T want to start a business…

- Looking a money sign ($) in the forehead of every person that is breathing…

Sound Familiar?

At this time of my life, it sounds very funny to me… although when i was also doing all these things, it was kind of a desperate situation and sometimes embarrassing… since those friends or family members didn’t want to answer my calls anymore after joining my company…

I remember giving away the initiation kit and the product so they could join FOR FREE to -what i considered at that time- the best business opportunity in the world. I didn’t understand why those people didn’t continue… MLM is great! isn’t?

Now i do understand.

And this concept is something you should know, ONLY if you want to succeed in the MLM business.

This is called ATTRACTION MARKETING.

It’s very simple: BE THE HUNTED, NOT THE HUNTER.

Let people come to you for advice… but don’t try to pitch them to join your business opportunity at the first sight. Why are you trying to do such thing? just because they are breathing?…

You need to change your mind about this business.

MLM means Multilevel Marketing, and this is an industry where 98% DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO MARKETING… that’s why 98% of MLMrs are broke and quitting companies very often, joining other Multilevel companies every 6 months (or less)…

You need to know that NOBODY wants to be harassed or sold in something.

… Everybody wants to BUY, but NOBODY wants to be sold.

The first thing you are looking for is

1.- LEARN ATTRACTION MARKETING, then…

2.- TRAIN your direct recruits to build their downline following these principles. ONE BY ONE.

3.- Once your new recruit learned how to do this, let him go alone… but -very important- be sure that he/she got back his/her initial investment…

4.- Then, start helping your next prospect. ONE BY ONE… (and not 10 at once…)

Why your new recruits need to get back their initial investment?

Because if you have new recruits losing money every month, they will be out of the game in less than 6 months. (You know this already)

YOU WANT TO BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION.

If they know what to do, and they are really making money (at least they are not losing money)… YOU WILL HAVE BUSINESS PARTNERS FOREVER and not just for 3 or 6 months.

For this, YOU need to know WHAT TO DO first.

That’s why -when someone is asking me what to do- i ask them few questions to let them understand their present situation and to let them know that THEY NEED TO CHANGE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Questions like:

- What are you doing to get recruits?

- How is that working for you?

- Your recruits are making money? are YOU making money?

- How committed are you?

Then, i tell them:

The FIRST STEP for this (and this is what i’m really doing with every person that reach me), is to get the following book:

If you are looking to really understand the ATTRACTION MARKETING, this MUST be the first step you do.

There is NO OPTION.

YOU NEED TO READ, STUDY and LEARN this new philosophy.

Do this system, and you will be talking JUST with QUALIFIED prospects that they MAY join your team. I say they MAY because it will be more easy and better for them to work with someone that is experienced in these explosive strategies.

If they don’t read this book, then… don’t spend your time with whiners or losers… Because you don’t want to talk with UN-QUALIFIED people.

This strategy will definitely separate the DOERS with the PROCRASTINATORS…

Give advice ONLY to SUCCESSFUL people that TAKE ACTION and are 100% committed to succeed.

Surround yourself with this type of business partners, and you will also be motivated as well.
